We stopped in here for the night.
The campground was still under construction, but 11 out of 43 spots were open. The spots were great and level. Close to several restaurants and a 7 eleven. The hosts were incredibly generous and helpful! Simply amazing stay! Would stay here again!
“It was great. This was a really good overnight stay. ”

We stayed in a 32’ motor home with a Jeep towed. This campground will be a great overnight stay once the construction is done. The hosts Carl and Debbie were very friendly and helpful in getting us a great site. It is very quiet, I didn’t even hear a train! The daily rates are $20-25, weekly $120-150, the monthly $400-425. I hope he doesn’t get many monthlies or permanent squatters. That would ruin the campground for people passing through. The WIFI was excellent! We had no trouble streaming movies. There are restaurants within walking distance if you want to stay hooked up. We didn’t check out the restrooms or showers. We were traveling from Scottsdale to Austin, this was a convenient place to stop for the night. The only negative I have is until they have more gravel this could get pretty messy if it rains. Carl was expecting 100 tons of rock to be delivered this week. Also they need to get the location shown better for us that travel with a GPS.
